Tapped right into the drivers side reverse light for the signal (IIRC it was green). And the signal is definitely working because it switches to camera view when I put it in reverse and overlays the grid. Just not getting image out of the camera.

The camera itself is powered from the same switched B+ as the HU

Other than that it's just plugging in the yellow rca into the camera inout on back of the HU. Basically foolproof - and I'm more than comfortable with audio system wiring etc.

Got the pc screen to mirror on it too, for what that's worth
