Default Nismo Carbon Fiber Gear Shift Knob

Installed the Nismo Carbon Fiber gear shift knob ($85).

Removing the stock shifter was by far the most aggravating tedious thing I've done in a long time. Had to fight for every minute turn. Once I did 2-360 degree revolutions, I was able to go by hand...but dam. Took forever and was annoying as ****.

Yeah, of course I damaged the stock knob...even though I took every precaution and added a few of my own!!!

What a PITA!!!

New Nismo Knob would not catch the screw with finisher under the leather; the grommet that hold the leather boot tabs sits on top of the grommet and prevents the handle from catching the screw.

PITA!!!!
