On a side ntoe, the new SonicWall I installed yesterday is awesome. I blocked Facebook, country music, and YouTube for everyone but the I.T. dept. People will get permissions back when they start submitting tickets for issues instead of calling me and wasting my time.

Your big boss should give you a promotion since that increased productivity. But on the other hand it lowered worker morale which decreases productivity.
