Default Topped off oil, took for test drive and car is abnormally sluggish.

Not sure how much over I was, but when you overfill, the oil gets up in the cam and causing foaming. The foam gets in a while lot if places that it shouldn't including sensors.
When I started the car after stopping at a store, the idle felt like I was missing on multiple cylinders. Extremely rough idle.
The only cure is to drain and refill. Maybe more than once.
