Prevention is the best medicine. If you can figure out what is triggering the migraines (my guess is neck muscle cramps/spasms, but I'm not a doctor) and avoid that, things will be a lot better. Once I figured out what triggered my migraines, I was able to (usually) avoid that activity and the number/severity has dropped to almost zero. Muscle relaxers/antispasmodics may help, in your situation. Discuss with your doctor.

There are a lot of migraine meds available but, in my experience, not all will work for everyone and dosage can be tricky (eg, a little may do wonders while a bigger dose does nothing). You may have to do some trial and error before finding one that works well for you.
