i can definitely file claim against them because picture description vs the real one is in opposite colour.

i use ichiba website to find the ecxact model number for version 1 and it come out Ichiba NS-50210 Version I Wheel Spacer (5x114.3 10mm)

they also have NS-50210S which is not listed for 370z on ichiba website but same ecxactly specs

is this the old outdated model that no longer in production?

Not sure if it is or isn't but I thought for anything over 5mm you want an integrated hub centric ring. I don't see that on there so maybe not a good idea?
