John, I think it just happens when the car gets hot combined with hot weather. When I went to JTran (in Houston). They said it's a pretty common thing for guys with res HFC's to have the rattle and the same bending issue. As you're in Dallas, you might have the same issue.

Got FI non-res test pipes installed, rattle is gone. Car sounds 10x better.

But, issue is I kept getting a CEL on the res HFC's. Too lean Post-cat issue. JTran re-tuned and added more fuel throughout the map. My CEL light is still on after the test pipes. JTran told me it's probably running too rich. Going to it retuned next week. If the CEL goes off and doesn't come back, I'll know it was the cat. If it comes on again, I'll have to figure out what the issue is.

I'll update after I get it re-tuned.
