i believe there will also be loss of clutch fluid in the process of csc/cmc failure.

The CSC failure will result in a permanently dead clutch pedal, not just a temporary loss of pressure. If they do replace it, they are just going to install another plastic stock CSC. If you want a permanent fix, look to the ZSpeed HD CSC or the Z1 CSC Elimination Kit. Either way, that will be an out-of-pocket expense.
