simple answer is NO

They won't fix anything until they determine it's broken.

Thats the only way they get paid from the manufacturer

If it's a safety recall then thats a different since the manufacturer is ordering the warranty repair weather its broken or not.

I see you have a 13'

I presume your nearing end of warranty and if totally fails and it's proven by them then it will be covered under the drivetrain warranty otherwise it's out of pocket.
