Default Offsets Driving me Crazy!

I've got my flame suit on for this one because I know this topic has been beaten to death, but I've searched for the answer to my question and I'm honestly finding conflicting information...

I've currently got a set of Rohana RC10's 19x8.5 +10 with a 245/40 and they poke out a bit. I'm thinking about running some HKS Hipermax's soon and I'm hoping to drop the car about 3/4". Would someone mind double checking my math to make sure I'm not missing something?

According to the 1010tires tire calculator this combo is 1mm less wide than the popular Volk TE37's that people run with a drop. So I'm hoping I'm good... But here's what I've got so far...

- TE37's 9.5 +22 with 1" drop = no rub (1mm wider than my setup)
-Stock Sports + spacer 9.5 +47 (-20mm spacer) with 1" drop = no rub (4mm
wider)
-Stock sports + spacer 9.5 +47 (-25mm spacer) with 1" drop = RUB (1mm less wide)

I think it's the people saying the 25mm spacer with the stock rays will rub is what's throwing me off here.
