I'll only shift into N when coming to a stop when in the city and I know the light is ridiculously long.

yah, the only time i am in neutral is under 5mph. and dont hold the clutch in more than several seconds. probably the reason why ive never had tranny issues on any of my MT cars through the years.
i think people should just learn how to really drive MT cars if they are going to buy and most boast about their MT cars. most folks cant even heel and toe and they pretty much suck at driving MT cars in general.
