Octane boosters have no real effect on fuel octane unless you use numerous bottles. In this case, the effect would still be minimal. Keep in mind that "octane points" translate to tenths of "(R+M)/2" octane.
There are also certain amounts used to calculate this, such as "adds 7 octane points to 5 gallons of fuel." This will make 5 gallons of 89 octane into 89.7 octane, assuming a perfect, optimistic blend. I feel this is still over what its effective octane would be.

You'd have a better experience adding toluene alone to your fuel.
