As per DEpointfive0, "no way 1 pint of anything will increase 20 gallons of gas's octane." Read the fine print on the bottle. Octane boosters just don't do very much.

Naptha and/or diesel/kerosene seem to be the main ingredients (per MSDSs).

From the 104+ web site:
"Can I use a lower grade of fuel than is recommended by the manufacturer and add 104+® Octane Boost products to make it a higher grade?
No, we recommend that you follow the fuel grade suggestion in your vehicle’s owner’s manual."
