Before you start swapping parts, download and look over the FSM (link in my sig). Also review the many excellent DIYs on this and other sites before starting a job.

I wouldn't get the underdrive pulley for a DD. Gains are small and there is some risk.

Refilling the transmission to the proper level is rather tricky and not something I would recommend for most DIYers. If you feel up to doing it, there is at least one thread on this site that tells you how to do it without the special equipment the dealer uses.

If you have to tell your tuner what to watch out for, you need a different tuner.

The engine and drivetrain can handle 50 more HP. Not sure if your mods will give you that or not.
