You can get a twin turbo kit with that money and throw the rest on supporting mods which are a most. You don't need to build the motor with a twin turbo set up if you're aiming for 450-500whp which is plenty. Now higher than that is a hole different ball game.Just make sure who ever tunes the car do it right and you'll be good to go.
