thanks, naw, im good. no pain, just kinda rusty and srow.
good deal on the stretching, i do dat too. the mr.gurney knee bent left/right stretching on my back, followed by stretching my legs (achillies, cavs) den situps, push ups, lunges.
i also do the mini sledge hammer exercise for my forearms as i started noticing i was getting quite weak from no-modding cars recently. lol
