Well he said he replaced both MAF's and still an issue so unless his bank two k&n is soaked in oil then it's doubtful that's the issue.

That said as a journeyman level tech for 12 years I have seen countless cars with MAF sensor issues from k&n filter (that don't cause MAF sensor issues, sarcasm).
That's why I went AEM dry filter for my stillen gen3. Indie labs also show better filtering so why deal with the hastle of outdated oiled filters for nothing.
