I did this once in the Z except the cop was two cars behind me and I saw him - I was just trying to make the green left arrow at the next light. I redlined 1st and 2nd gear and then shifted to 6th gear at 62 mph (60 mph speed limit). He pulled me over saying he paced me at 78 mph
I asked him politely to review his video that begins recording when he set his pace. He came back, rolled his eyes at me, and gave me a warning
