Default Ground cable came off of peg today.

Hello everyone, wondering if I can have a little advice here, my ground cable came off my battery while I was driving to work. I didn't notice while driving and everything was the same. I go to leave for lunch, and my car wont start up so I think "What could it be." First thing I checked was the battery, and sure enough the ground cable is completely off of the peg and on the side if the battery. So I reconnected it, but now my automatic windows wont automatically go up anymore, but they'll go down. Whenever I open the door to get in our out the window goes down but when the door closes it stays open. It doesn't return. I don't know if I just blew a fuse or what. I'm a fairly new owner to this car(5 months) So I'm not entirely sure where all the fuses are located, if it is a fuse, or if I can just disconnect my power cable and ground and possibly reset it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys. :/
