Default Rear Bumper Paint Peeling

Hi,
I have noticed that the paint on my 2016 370z is starting to fail in the seam between the back bumper and rear quarter panel. This is happening on both sides however the drivers side is worse. I have attached some photos. One pic of the driver’s side and the other of the passenger’s side. I believe the car was manufactured Jan 2016. Has anyone seen this before. The car has never seen a pressure washer. I am thinking the bumper may be rubbing against the quarter panel.

I have not stopped by the dealer yet. Any idea what they will want to do? Is there such a thing as a Nissan factory pre-painted bumper instead of painting it at a bodyshop? Will there be any difference if they paint it vs original factory paint?

Also I have Xpel ultimate on the rear splash guard area. Would it be reasonable for the dealer to re-imburse the cost of the paint protection film?

Thanks in advance.
