Me: OK, ma'am, I am going to transfer you to someone else because I don't really like you.

I transferred her to the correct hospital and I know it goes to voicemail after hours. She is gonna leave a nasty message for them

Just had that discussion a few minutes ago. I have to send a part of our device to a new sales rep. Now I can't send the current build, that part fits in a Pelican 1690 case (rather large and heavy) and it won't fit inside anything smaller than a small crossover (think Juke). I have to send one of the new enclosures that fits in a Pelican 1610 (a little bigger than a carry on roller bag). None of the sales people have spent any time with me (since I build them, I should be the one teaching them how to use it, so I can tell them how to fix common issues they might see). The only training they have is how to plug it in, turn it on, start the app and use the app. I've gotten calls from ALL of them about an issue that would have been covered in my training. I've come to the conclusion that the zombie apocalypse is upon us....
