Unless the NISMO Suspension is shot, this is not actually necessary. Additionally, the Sport brakes are just fine with better quality pads and fluids.

Now if he is planning to be a track junkie, he is going to have to spend some money in a lot of areas to address the strains of track performance, but that is a whole different animal in terms of engineering the build.
