I just did a couple more WOT runs and my AFR looks like it's sitting mostly in the 11s, which is for the most part good. I'm kind of overwhelmed by the WOT procedure, but I'm getting the hang of it. It doesn't help when my hood is erratically shaking at redline like it wants to pop off.

Yeah ignition correction is good when it stays 0 the whole time. If there was any knock being detected it would read -1, -2, -3 and so on. 0 is good. The stock 02 sensors read quite a bit higher compared to a wide-band. If it is reading 11's on the logs then it is realistically close to 10's which is really rich. Better rich than lean but he will definitely get you dialed in.
