Are you running proper size hub rings with those wheels.

Make sure you are using the correct lug nuts with proper torque.

What kind of wheels are those? They could be out of round. You might also try road force balance.

Car handled great before the switch. It now feels extremely unstable on high speed cornering or highway "quick" lane switch. It feels like a ripple effect, car bounces right to left/left to right and I feel like I may spin out and lose control.

Recent changes other than wheels:
-Hotchkis Front and rear sways
-Whiteline Differential mount bushing

Any ideas?
