Yea...I bought the part last Saturday and haven't heard anything from him still so I put in a claim/dispute with paypal regarding the issue. On my end, I thought Nugen Auto was the owner of the Evo-R website but found out they were different haha

Forget Paypal. It's garbage and you shouldn't give money to vendors that solely rely on it.
Instead, pay with your credit card and let the vendor answer directly to the credit card company if there's an issue. The vendor can deal with a charge back if they can't manage to hold up their end of the purchase.
