Default New Nismo Owner

Hello The370Z! Traded my 2007 Civic Si last weekend for a new 2016 370Z Nismo! Love the car!

Cars have been in my blood since I was a child (thanks Dad!). This is my first Nissan (I'm a Honda guy) that I will rely on for daily duty primarily. Something about the Nismo really struck me and had to have one.

Here it is

I have two other cars - a 1993 Honda Civic VX and a 1995 Nissan 240SX. I work for my Dad's company where we specialize in manufacturing standalone LSX and new Gen 5 V8 swap harnesses and control systems. No this Nismo will not be getting LSX swapped! That's what the 240 is for, which we got 2 years ago and have swapped a new LS376/480 GM crate engine into. Just finishing it up now (have about 300 miles the setup) and now installing the CTSV front brake swap, new rear brakes, and all 4 wheel bearings/hubs with ARP extended studs.

The 240:

Where she is sitting right now - doing all the brakes, hubs, wheel bearings, and a new set of Volk TE37SL Pressed Graphite..

And my hatch:

So that's a little background. The 2016 370Z Nismo is the ultimate culmination of things I love about a car at a price point I can afford. Really enjoying the car and hope to have it around for a while - it's my first venture away from Honda's for everyday use but I am adjusting just fine with it - Honda doesn't make anything neat anymore!
