I think you have to do a careful review of the extent to which you might find yourself driving in the snow. There are likely very few worse cars for that purpose than a 330 HP rear wheel drive sports car with 3 inches of ground clearance.
oh yeah...and the CSC. I've owned two 370Z's and haven't had an issue, but neither of them have been high-mileage daily drivers. I don't know if the CSC problem is a real thing or if it's just another internet brouhaha, but it does have my attention. If serious about the 370, I wouldn't let the CSC hold me back. As sports cars go, the 370 is a good one and very cost efficient. If I was sufficiently interested in the car and that worried about the CSC, I'd just pre-emptively replace it with a proven durable aftermarket version. I"m not, and I haven't.
