I am looking at the kW v3 as well but they are a bit pricey (not that you don't get what you pay for but if it's out of budget it's out of budget). I don't think I would go the v1 route as there is no adjustment which defeats the main purpose for me to want the after market shocks. Have you looked at the BC DR series? That's one I am now strongly considering after the review posted on here and doing some research. Passes TUV standards as well and has adjustability and one thing they have over KW is the ability to choose custom swift spring rates so if you get them and find them too soft or stiff you can move up or down by 2k and still stay in the same damper range. That's a pretty nice bonus.
