I've heard that adding an aftermarket head unit with the Bose system can be a pain due to the weird ohms of the Bose.
Any thoughts anyone?
I have a Bose system in my Maxima. Swapped out the old Bose HU for a new Pioneer touch screen with backup camera, BT, USB and SD inputs (no NAV). All I had to do was buy the accessory converter for the existing Bose speakers (plugs in series with the existing wiring harness). Works great. Got it all from Crutchfield.
