I have a change of pace this week. I am headed to a new client (new to me, but one of our existing ones) to work on forecasting, master scheduling, capacity management and MRP. These guys look very complicated with multiple legal entities and manufacturing sites across a few countries.
It will be like conducting a ballet with dancers who all speak a different language.
These guys are a coffee company so at least I can stay stimulated all week.
