When I bought my house, the garage floor had been recently redone. The prep work was obviously poorly done because it was less than 2 weeks old and I could see where his SUV tires were already tearing up the paint

It didn't take long for four bare concrete spots to develop where the Z tires sit - rest of the garage floor is light blue
