yah, i checked whether or not i could wash my car in the community too. even like in townhouse communities i was about to buy a unit in mission viejo back 20yrs ago did not allow washing ur car on the driveway. they had a specific area designated to wash ur car.
i mean i get dat u dont want idiots soaking ur car but still.. such a pita.
these days u can use waterless wash..
