From the front you can see that this setup will be getting plenty of cold air. For the filter to fit better and for piece of mind, I used a small 1/8"x 1/2" rubber spacer that I placed on the lip of the supercharger inlet before I slipped on the air filter. Is your supercharger volute hitting the frame? Based on the last pic, that might be it. Mine is a clocked a complete 180 degrees.
