Default Looking to lease in SoCal

Hello, all. I searched for leasing related threads, and so far there's not a lot of info in them. I realize it's a brand new model and that some of what I'm looking for may be unknown at this point.

Has anyone in LA/OC/SGV/etc... leased this car, and if so, would you mind sharing the details? I understand leasing and am not trying to instigate another "buy vs. lease" debate. I'm pretty sure that I will be ready for another vehicle in 3 years or so, and can remain within a 15K/year mileage limit. I don't want to put any money down, and my credit is 780+. What I'm looking for are the following:

Capitalized Cost: Around invoice, give or take a few hundred $.

Money Factor: At least equivalent to current loan rates (interest rate/2400).

Residual: It's a new model, but I've heard around 56-57% after 3 years/15K mi. per year is to be expected.

Mileage Charges: Not more than $.20 per mi. over limit

Dealer: Anyone with positive leasing experiences at a SoCal Nissan dealer? By that I mean you received a good deal on the lease by the above standards; were not made to pay excessive fees at the start (beyond standard Nissan $575 acquisition fee and doc fees); and that you were treated fairly at turn-in time (not nickel and dimed with questionable damage charges).

This car is on LeaseCompare, which is apparently a reputable site, but they don't show the residual and their money factor seems on the high side, .00301.

Thanks to any and all for info. And if I'm inadvertently violating some forum protocol, mea culpa in advance.
