For people with the same problem, these are the steps to reset the ECU:
1. Push start button twice to get - Ignition "ON", count to 3.
2. Depress/Release pedal 5 times - hard and fast.
3. Count to 10 (not 7!) and fully depress pedal.
4. Count to 12 (SES should be blinking), release pedal.
5. Count to 10, depress pedal.
6. Count to 10, release pedal.
7. Turn off ignition, then start engine. ECU reset is done!

Big thanks to B33AST for the solution!
That is great info right there and thank you for the update I would also like to add this little info if i may...... I put in a sprintbooster module in my 2012 Z and throttle lag is GONE forever... You might want to look in on that as well. Just food for thought
