On the same boat as you, if you look a few posts back I confronted him publicly on this thread and sure enough only then did I get his last response and yet another "I should have next weekend free" responses (heard that since November).
Funny how he hasn't been on this forum for over a month, yet he is pretty active over on the Lexus forums.
If your in time, get paypal in on this for some legal action...
BTW: I contacted other fellow members and they all acted on time to pull out due to his sketchy responses
