Never grease an oilite bearing, it will clog the pores in the sintered metal and wear much quicker. A little oil (2-3 drops of 5w30) would not hurt, but it really is not needed as the oillite bushing is pre-oiled.

As for the oil on the flywheel and pressure plate surface, it is a oil coating to prevent rust during storage and shipping. YOU MUST CLEAN IT ALL OFF WITH A SOLVENT THAT DOES NOT LEAVE ANY RESIDUE. Some use brake clean and a clean rag.
