Mine is holding up just fine on a stock block and internals at 600whp. Not necessary unless you want big power. If you plan to go e85 and get close to or above 700whp then I would say go for it but you want to get better rods and pistons...Carillo's and you are looking at about $6k for parts and installation. Either way I would look into flex fueling as e85 is plentiful in Vegas and your engine will run cooler.
