get up 6am, work out a little bit to loosen up
breakfast by 7am
garage by 8am
lunch 11:30am
nap 12:30-1:30pm
do some house chores, or RC time
till 4pm
play time with kids 4pm
nap by 5pm
supper by 6pm
tv by 8pm
in bed by 11pm
..then repeat
