If you are considering used sets, a set of KW V3s popped up for sale: KW V3 Coilovers - Central NJ

Looks like it's in need of a replacement dust cover, but also comes with the top hats already installed. Probably would've gone for that if it'd come up a week earlier and saved $1000.
