200-220 is fine as far as oil temps go. If you're higher than that, look into an oil cooler. The radiator probably isn't necessary for a car with bolt ons only. Your money would be better spent on getting a tune so the fans can come on earlier. Between that and running a lower mix of coolant to water, you should be just fine.

That being said, the radiator is a great piece, but it's an annoying install since you have to vent and refill the AC system. Also, if you get the radiator, replace the drain plugs and washers with something more durable or you will be in a world of hurt.
