If you reused the stock flywheel it cannot be resurfaced. That can cause some judder on take off since you are putting a new clutch on a used surface, More miles will some times help smooth it out.

If the pedal is changing engagement points they probably don't have it bled right or the master cylinder is failing and causing it, We always recommend a new master when the slave or clutch is changed. Keeps this from happening after the work is completed. A lot of times when you open this hydraulic system the original clutch master no longer want's to work correctly.
