Here's the numbers I got from looking at your sheet. Some of it is hard to read.

Front
Left Right
Camber
-.97 -.69
Caster
+4.67 +4.63
Toe
.06 .09

Rear
Camber
-1.67 -1.68
Toe
-.04 -.02

Your rear toe is pointing out. It should be pointing in.
