Default Pros and Cons of Berk resonated test pipes

Hi, I'm brand new at this forum but I am looking to put on test pipes for my car because I live in FL with no inspections and would like to get a hp/torque increase and some sound. I am currently liking the Berk technology resonated cat delete but I would like to know all of the pros and cons of taking off my stock cats and what to watch out for. I also would like to know if I just need to buy the test pipes and all needed parts are included or do I have to buy something else as well if a shop puts it on for me. Thank you =D

Edit: I forgot to say I also want to get a tune done obviously when I get my pipes in, I have no experience with that and I don't know where to start. Also I talked to a shop today and they said about $100-$125 for install, reasonable price?
