If you can't find a DIY, the FSM should have a stud R&R procedure.
As BGTV8 mentioned above, I'd change all the studs on that wheel that were over-tightened. And I would make sure the other wheel studs on the car weren't over-tightened; replace as needed. And oil pan drain plug. And anything else that PO might have over-tightened.
