If you're in need of the quickest way to get to 60 mph from a stop, just redline the engine in every gear on the way there. It will increase fuel consumption rate, but I doubt it will hurt the CSC; it may put more load on drivetrain parts (clutch friction materials, gearbox internals, etc.) and, if you did it wrong, the clutch disc might be overheated from too much slip.
