it a 100% .In the evenings my cardio is a level 5 - 6 intensity factor.
My evening cardio programs is a way to stretch and unwind after
a long day.
Clock is set for 4:00am and running when the sun comes up in Santa Cruz on Saturday morning
have a safe and a enjoyable weekend
