I think this whole video is lost on a few people not quite understanding what is going on. So here we go:

Guy A is in a car secretly with a radar gun.
Guy B is in a high hp GTR with a radar detector.
Guy A calls Guy B and says let me video you doing a flyby from about 120 mph.
Guy B says cool and bursts around Guy A.
Guy A hits the radar gun thereby giving Guy B a heart attack.
Everyone on the internet who gets it laughs.
Everyone else says stuff like, "That's not a cop car."
