I did my CSC replacement at 51K miles and didn't bother to replace the clutch
Sitting at 77K miles currently and still no signs of wear or slipping. I fully expect to get 100K+ out of the stock clutch.
If you think you can get at least 2 years out of the remaining clutch, then I would say don't bother. Especially if cost is a factor. But plan to save up starting now for the repair down the road; that way, if it fails before you expect, you're not scrambling for another $1K in labor and parts.
