First, you said the filter isn't part of the blower. Then you say the blower has a separate filter. Which is it?

I would be very surprised if that $50 shopvac has a separate filter on the blower. Quality handheld air filtered blowers are like $80, and they are the size of a dust buster. Larger ones with a decent motor cost $200+ typically.
